Alteration in AOA
Articles of Association is a legal document that defines the internal rules and procedures for company’s shareholders, directors, and officers.
According to Section 2(5) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Articles of Association refers to the document containing the rules and regulations that govern the management of the company’s affairs.
AOA can be altered in the following ways-
- By deleting any article.
- By adding or inserting any new article
- By adopting a new set of articles
- By amending or substituting any specific rule.

Filing of form MGT-14 (within 30 days of passing the resolution)
