Trademark Objection
Trademark authority raises Objection if the applied Trademark is does not comply the provision of Trademark act and rules.
Reason of Objections: Similarity with An Existing Trademark, Offensive to A Particular Religion, Absence of A Distinct Design, Etc.
Once the Trademark is objected examination report would be issued by the Department and the Agent/ attorney of the applied trademark need to file the reply of the Examination report within 30 days from the date of the examination report.
