Process of Changing Name of a LLP

  1. Filing of Form RUN for reservation of name.
  2. After the name gets approved, applicant is required to file Form 5 (Notice for change of name) to intimate the registrar about the name change of LLP.
  3. Execution of supplementary agreement to mention that name of LLP is changed from old name to new name. It shall be notarized on stamp paper.
  4. Filing of Form 3 for approval of supplementary agreement by ROC.
