Cancellation Policy
Once the service has been purchased, it can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing an order.
Circumstances in which cancellation request will not be entertained-
(a) If the service comes under same day delivery category.
(b) If the work is assigned to the professional and the process has been initiated.
If the work has been assigned to the professional and he has spent his precious time over it, the expense of professional shall be deducted from amount received and remaining amount shall be refunded subject to non-applicability of the condition of cancellation within 2 hours.
Refund Policy
Refund shall not be entertained after the completion of 2 hours from the payment made or Work Assigned Whichever is earlier. The amount shall be refunded subject to Cancellation policy.
The refund shall not be made under the following circumstances as
- When the customer has paid for the service in advance and requests a refund only because there is a change of mind and there is no fault or defect on our part.
- Non availability of documents from clients’ end
- In case of delays/clarifications/ re-submissions by MCA or any other authority.
- Any payment made in way of fees or taxes to the government.
