Process of Changing Name of a LLP
- Filing of Form RUN for reservation of name.
- After the name gets approved, applicant is required to file Form 5 (Notice for change of name) to intimate the registrar about the name change of LLP.
- Execution of supplementary agreement to mention that name of LLP is changed from old name to new name. It shall be notarized on stamp paper.
- Filing of Form 3 for approval of supplementary agreement by ROC.
