ESI Returns

ESI stands for Employee State Insurance and it is governed by Employee State Insurance Act 1948 and managed by Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).

ESI Registration is mandatory to all those establishments employing 10 or more workers.

Every establishment registered under ESI is required to file ESI returns by the 15th of Subsequent month.
