PF Returns

PF stands for Provident fund and is governed by Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. PF registration is Mandatory for all establishment employing 20 or more employees. PF registration can also be obtained voluntarily by establishments having less than 20 employees.

Returns Under PROVIDENT FUND (PF)

Every entity who has acquired PF registration is required to file PF return every month by the 25th of the month.

Due date of Payment of provident fund required to be deposited is by the 15th of each month.

Further an annual return is also required to be filed due date for which is 25th of April for the Proceeding financial year ended on 31st March.
